Grounding meditation group in Val-des-Monts, winter spring 2020 on Saturdays.

5 Saturdays:  April 4, May 2 , May 30 and June 27.

 Time: 9:30 to 11 am

Cost: 20$

Place: Denis' home, 1604 Montée Paiement, Val-des-Monts, Quebec.

Grounding meditation is practice simply sitting on a chair.

No experience needed.

Denis will be in Toronto in February 2020 for private hands-on energy healing sessions

At 124, Merton street, 3rd floor (on reservation only).

Saturday 15 from  9:40 am to 6 pm.

or Sunday 16 from 9:40 am to 3:40 pm.

Private sessions with Denis in Toronto are now 80$ each.

Private healing sessions usually take place on Wednesdays and Sundays from 9 to 5pm.
